Mots has worked within the Vision Recycling/DCL organization since 1997 but left for several years to pursue his own business.  He recently returned to the company this year and became the General Manager of Vision Recycling.  In addition to the many years as a Landscape Contractor, Mots has completed a five day Compost Operations Training Course from the US Composting Council.  Some of the various areas of the business activities that Mots oversees include watching over the day to day operations, working with the state agencies to obtain necessary permits for operation, managing the fleet of equipment, taking care of the IT issues within the computer network and helping improve efficiencies of all operations.
